Please join me in exploring our inner-wisdom, creativity and connectedness to all realms through ritualized shamanic journey. Journeying or "shamanic magical flight" is a spiritual technology that has been employed for millennia by our ancestors. We all have the ability to journey in our own unique way—whether that is through soul (astral) travel, working with our intuition & imagination, through movement and intention or any soul-nourishing practice that heightens our ability to access trance states and the archetypal & quantum realms.
Utilizing sound, breath, ritual and through the support of the Unseen, journeying allows us to enter into alpha and theta states allowing us entry into the other realms where the assistance of our guides and helper spirits is readily available.
When we take the time to enter into non-ordinary states of consciousness, we are able to receive clear understandings into the nature of life, the potentials that are possible for each of us and solutions to dilemmas that challenge us. Our journeys will be followed by the creation of a heart-based offering to be brought home and given to the land or other sacred place in gratitude for the support we received from the Unseen and our beloved Earth Mother.
